Return Policy for Kreative Krafts

Thank you for shopping with Kreative Krafts 90 LLC! We take pride in offering quality and custom-made products to help you express yourself at any event, occasion, or chapter meeting. Please review our return policy carefully.
General Return Policy
We accept returns on non-customized, non-personalized items within 30 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt).
To initiate a return, please contact us at kreativekrafts90@gmail.com with your order details. Upon approval, we will provide instructions for the return process.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for eligible items, depending on stock availability. If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Custom Products
Custom Products are Non-Returnable.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Custom Drinkware
- Custom Party Favors
- Custom Stylist/Barber Capes and Aprons
- Memorial Collection Items
- Any other personalized or made-to-order products
Due to the unique and personalized nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged custom product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kreativekrafts90@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by replacing the item or issuing a refund. Be sure to include photos of the damaged product and its packaging when contacting us.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Sale items (e.g., Flash Sale products)
- Gift cards
- Masks, jewelry, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
